Notarized Documents

When you have a document requiring a Notary Public services:

  • DO NOT pre-sign the document. The document must be signed in person, in the presence of the Notary PublicDO Provide a state/government issued photo ID•There should not be any blank lines or spaces within the document.•A Missouri marriage license must be obtained from the municipality of residence of at least one of you as of the day of the ceremony.•A Kansas marriage license is valid for 90 days from date of issue NOT 3 months.
